In accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, ANVE – National Association of Nurserymen Exporters, as Data Controller, hereby informs you that the data you provide will be processed as follows:
The following data may be processed: personal and contact data such as, name and surname, company to which you belong, address, tax code and VAT number, as well as e-mail address and telephone number.
The personal data indicated in the registration form to the website will be processed for the creation of a personal account necessary to access the services and information made available by ANVE – National Association of Nurserymen Exporters in the portal www.phytoweb.it .
Your data, subject to Your express consent, may be communicated to ITA-Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies to send you communications related to its information activity, assistance, advice, promotion and training, via newsletters.
The processing of Your data for registration on the site is based on the execution of a contract to which you take part or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at Your request. The provision of the requested information is necessary to access the reserved area of the site, and the refusal to grant it will determine the impossibility of creating the user account necessary to log in.
The communication of your data to ITA-Agency is based on your consent. We remind you that you can revoke it at any time and with the same ease with which it was previously lent.
The personal data processed will be stored until your request for account cancellation.
With regard to the purpose of data communication to ITA-Agency, Your data will be processed until you revoke your consent. Such withdrawal does not affect the possibility the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
The personal data you provide will be processed by staff in charge, suitably trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller as well as by third parties that provide instrumental services, including communication services, e-mail, technical services for the management of the Site and IT service providers.
Some information, such as VAT number and company name, will be communicated to ITA-Agency as funder of the phytoweb project, for reporting and transparency purposes. Such communication of data is based on the obligations of transparency and impartiality that regulate the modalities of concession of economic advantages of the administrative entities (L. 241/90 supplemented by L. 15/2005 on transparency and L. 69/2009 on impartiality; L. 196/2009 on accounting standards). Only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the relative function will be communicated to the subjects indicated above. The updated list of all recipients is available at the headquarters of the Data Controller and will be provided at the request of the interested party by writing to the following e-mail address privacy.
With regard to the same data, we inform You that you can exercise at any time the rights provided by the Chapter III of the Regulation. In particular, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to the data concerning you, their rectification or cancellation, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive the data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device; to object totally or partially to the use of data, as well as to exercise other rights granted to you by the applicable law.
These rights may be exercised by writing by post to the addresses indicated below or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: segreteria@anve.it .
Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing violates the mentioned Regulation.
